  • Personal meeting with hiring Managers (to discuss Nurses requirements in details).
  • RESUME review of potential candidates.
  • Pre-screen & Fully screen candidates.
  • Interview candidates or arrange client’s interview.
  • Present candidate’s qualifications to Hospitals or hiring managers.
  • Reference the candidates.
  • Our Competency based selection & skill checklist, internal tests, will determine our candidate’s ability to handle high-strung working environments, and gauge their ability to solve interpersonal conflict.
  • Deal with feed back, start dates, etc.
  • Prepare Immigration documentation for application for necessary working permits.
  • Coordinate requirements for Licensing and assist candidates for examination (review classes) necessary to be licensed in the Jurisdiction of Employment.
  • Provide assistance in obtaining necessary documents to commence employment.
