• HCPT is a division of Trillium Talent Resource Group
• Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or less before the beginning of any course or workshops will be charged a $75.00 CAD processing fee.
• $50.00 administration fee is applied to all refunds, plus an additional $50 fee if course workbooks were received.

No refunds or transfers once the course(s) or workshop(s) begins. "No shows" (i.e. people who register but do not show up to the course or workshop) are responsible for full payment.
